IGSC 2019 targets students from all stages, however, we particularly welcome early-stage students from BSc and MSc levels.

Registration fee includes full 4-day conference entrance (16-19.06.2019), lunch and coffee break according to conference program and the Ice Breaker party on 16 June 2019.
After registration and payment you are admitted to conference.
No additional requirements and selection process, so see you in Uppsala!
*To qualify for the reduced student registration fee students must be enrolled in a full-time study programme at a recognized university or institute. The onsite registration at the conference venue must be accompanied by showing a student ID card and/ or official proof of enrollment.
Please note: you can register as a student, up to 12 months after your official graduation.
Participants are responsible for arrangements for accommodation, travel and medical insurance, passports and visas requirements.
Payments charged in SEK, price excl. VAT (25%). According to Swedish legislation, 25% VAT will be added to your registration fee. In order to attend the conference, payment mus be done in advance.
Please note: There is a possibility of the University/Organization with the VAT number to pay for the participant's fee. If you also wish to receive a group invoice, please contact us by email.
We accept two payments method: invoice and credit card (VISA and Master Card). We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
You will choose your payment option in the registration form.
Invoice without added VAT:
If your invoice is to be paid by a Swedish public authority (such as a university), OR
If your invoice is to be paid by a company/organization within EU that has a VAT number
If your invoice is to be paid by a company/organization within EU that does not have a VAT number: 25% VAT will be added to your registration fee, but you may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in your country.
If your invoice is to be paid by a company/organization outside of EU: 25% VAT will be added to your registration fees
In case of direct card payment, the applicant needs to pay an additional 2% of the card transfer charge, otherwise, bank transfer is possible at no additional transfer costs.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION:
For now, no refund possible.
